Time magazine’s person of the year is you! The online communities that make a change in the world, are truly giving results. YouTube and mySpace are maybe the most known examples. Excerpt from Time.com: “The new Web is a very different thing. It’s a tool for bringing together the small contributions of millions of people and making them matter. Silicon Valley consultants call it Web 2.0, as if it were a new version of some old software. But it’s really a revolution.”

So congratulations all my readers, bloggers, and other networking members out there. You are Time’s Person of the Year 2006.
Time’s story might have it’s hidden agenda, pointed out by Darren Rowse, as their webtraffic will skyrocket.

I think it’s a sound and timely observation.
What with the New York Times gittin’ all social on us, looks like Time have got a handle on Zeitgeist…
Definitely! And in that light, I am looking forward to see and experience what 2007 will bring with it. I think some predictions might warrant its own post closer to December 31st?
