Procrastinators Clock

For a while in my teens I used to put my watch forward about five minutes in an attempt to be on time. This had a mixed success, and as David Seah also discusses, you most likely end up subtracting those five minutes, and you are back to square A. Or as I have experienced somebody saw it was wrong and fixed it without telling you, leaving you to officially be 5 minutes late.

So this little clock provided by Mr. Seah runs 15 minutes fast, but then it suddenly might show the correct time? Resulting that you indeed have to treat the clocks time, as if it is the correct time at all times, as you might risk being fooled if you expect that it is always 15 minutes fast.
