Well considering my last Picture Of The Week post where I mentioned that the sleet or snow that briefly fell one day didn’t settle, a couple hours later that very evening it actually did snow again, and it did settle.

Above is the first picture I took the day after when I felt there was enough light. As one of my other pictures, I like the shapes and contrast trees often make in comparison to the heavens.

This picture features the panorama looking on towards Jørpeland (I think, not completely sure.), I presume that still more snow must have fell and covered the trees in the foreground the day after.

A farm field covered in snow, and some of the remaining sun carefully shines on the red barn in the left.
Although both this picture and the previous are taken during the afternoon, and sunset is approaching at this time in Norway, I just had to capture some snow-covered planes, as here in the Stavanger area you never know when it will rain away or melt. And fortunately I had captured those pictures more early in the week, it all rained away during the night from Thursday to Friday morning.
