Throughout the whole transcript, Steve Jobs was totally unmoved. And, he put forward a very good case for why Apple aren't going to roll one out in the near term. That case being that they couldn't squeeze enough power into such a small form factor. Additionally, the wireless connections weren't fast enough. Of course, this is all relative, but in the medical industry, their needs are similar to those of high-end digital production, and let's face it, you're never going to run Final Cut Pro from an MacBook, are you?
